REFUNDS
Items purchased are fully refundable if returned within one week of purchase. After that time, items may be returned only at our
discretion. In the case of an item shipped from the gallery, the purchase price (excluding packing and shipping) will be refunded if
the textile is returned within one week of its delivery date.
LAYAWAY
Textiles may be placed ON HOLD with a deposit of 40% of the price and with monthly payments thereafter.
SALES TAX
The law states that unless you have an ID Number exempting you from Massachusetts State Sales Tax, we are required to add
6.25% to your purchase if you leave the gallery with the textiles or if we are sending it to an address within Massachusetts.
PAPERWORK for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are required by law to fill out US Customs Forms accurately. Please do not ask us to falsify any information including the age
or the value of the textiles.
